Alyssa Keown

My name is Alyssa (AJ) and I am an independent photographer currently based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I grew up in a small town near Akron, Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with a B.S. in Journalism. My professional career spans newspapers and indie film sets. I’ve been away from the camera for a while pursuing an MSW at Western Michigan University. Storytelling remains at the heart of my endeavors, and I am looking forward to my next adventure.
